Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "Agreement" means these Terms & Conditions together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable promotion-specific terms, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.
• "Platform" means the rvip7 website accessible at https://rvip7.pro, including all sub-pages, mobile-optimized views, and any associated applications made available by rvip7 from time to time.
• "Member" or "You" means any individual who has successfully completed the rvip7 account registration process and whose account remains in good standing.
• "rvip7" or "We" or "Us" means the operator of the Platform, its parent entities, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers.
• "Account" means the individual member account created upon successful registration, through which all Platform services, transactions, and gameplay are accessed.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of real-money funds held within a Member's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless expressly stated otherwise.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free-bet allocations, free spins, or cashback amounts credited to a Member's Account as part of a promotion, subject to separate wagering conditions.
• "IDR" or "Rupiah" means Indonesian Rupiah, the sole transactional currency of the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process rvip7 conducts in accordance with its internal compliance obligations.
• "Prohibited Conduct" has the meaning assigned to it in Clause 8 of this Agreement.

Access to and use of the rvip7 Platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their membership:

• You must be a natural person and at least 21 years of age. Registration by persons under 21 is strictly prohibited regardless of the legal minimum gambling age in any particular territory.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or trustee of any other person or entity.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which accessing online gambling services is expressly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction before doing so.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of rvip7 or any of its affiliated entities, game studios, or payment providers.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by rvip7 or any recognized gambling regulatory body.
• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

To access real-money services on the rvip7 Platform, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form. By submitting your registration, you represent and warrant the following:

• All information provided during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number — is truthful, accurate, and not misleading.
• You will promptly update your account information if any details change, to ensure your profile remains current and accurate at all times.
• Only one Account per person, per household address, per device, and per shared IP address is permitted. rvip7 employs automated detection systems to identify and close duplicate accounts.
• You will not register using a false identity, a name other than your own legal name, or details belonging to another person.
• You acknowledge that rvip7 may, at its sole discretion, decline any registration application without providing a reason.

Upon successful registration, rvip7 will send a confirmation to the email address provided. Your Account becomes active upon email verification. rvip7 reserves the right to place deposit, withdrawal, and gameplay restrictions on any Account that has not completed the full KYC verification process as described in Clause 9.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your rvip7 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. In connection with this responsibility:

• You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances, including family members or technical support staff purporting to act on rvip7's behalf.
• You must use a strong, unique password for your rvip7 Account and change it immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
• rvip7 will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to do so should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.
• rvip7 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials, provided that such loss does not result from a breach on rvip7's part.
• You must notify rvip7 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your Account or any other security breach.

All financial transactions on the rvip7 Platform are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The following terms govern how deposits and withdrawals are processed:

5.1 Deposits

• Deposits may be made via the approved payment channels listed in the cashier section of the Platform, which currently include: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are published in the cashier section and may be updated by rvip7 at any time with reasonable notice to Members.
• Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in Account suspension pending investigation.
• rvip7 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges, for which rvip7 accepts no liability.

5.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the Member's most recent qualifying deposit, subject to availability. rvip7 reserves the right to request alternative withdrawal routing where necessary.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is under 15 minutes for verified accounts during normal operating hours. Processing times may be extended during periods of high transaction volume, banking maintenance, or pending KYC review.
• Withdrawals of Bonus Funds are only permitted after the applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full. Any Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements at the time of a withdrawal request will be forfeited.
• rvip7 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on any withdrawal request, which may require the submission of additional identity or source-of-funds documentation.
• Withdrawals exceeding Rp 50.000.000 per transaction may be subject to additional review and may be processed in installments at rvip7's discretion.

rvip7 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing Members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any additional terms specified for each individual promotion:

• Bonus offers are available to eligible Members only and may be subject to geographic, payment-method, or game-category restrictions.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be transferred to your real-money Balance and requested for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the individual promotion terms.
• Certain game types — including but not limited to live dealer games, poker, and specific high-RTP slots — may contribute at a reduced rate (or zero) toward bonus wagering requirements. Contribution rates are specified per-promotion.
• rvip7 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify its terms, or cancel a bonus credited to an Account if it determines, at its sole discretion, that the bonus was claimed in bad faith, through exploitation of a technical error, or in conjunction with Prohibited Conduct as defined in Clause 8.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash equivalents outside of completed wagering, or combined with other promotions unless the offer expressly permits combination.
• Each promotional offer specifies a validity window. Bonus Funds and associated free bets or free spins that are not utilized within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from the Account automatically.

The following rules apply to all gaming and betting activity conducted through the rvip7 Platform:

• All casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) technology provided by licensed third-party studios. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical game processes under controlled studio conditions. rvip7 does not modify or interfere with game outcomes.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round — including server disconnection, software error, or interrupted data feed — the affected round may be declared void and stakes returned to the Member's Balance. rvip7's decision on voided rounds is final.
• Sportsbook bets are accepted subject to the odds displayed at the time of bet placement. rvip7 reserves the right to void bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds resulting from a pricing error, and to settle such bets at the correct odds at its discretion.
• Multi-bet (mix parlay) combinations are accepted subject to the maximum payout limits and selection rules published in the sportsbook section. Selection limits, maximum stake, and maximum payout per bet slip are displayed at the time of bet placement.
• rvip7 does not accept liability for bets placed after an event's result is already determined, whether or not the result has been published on the Platform at the time of placement.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits per game and per bet type are published within each game or market. These limits may be adjusted by rvip7 at any time without advance notice.

The following activities constitute Prohibited Conduct and are strictly forbidden on the rvip7 Platform. Engaging in any Prohibited Conduct will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance and Bonus Funds, and may result in referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under your own name, a pseudonym, or the identity of any other person.
• Using automated betting tools, bots, scripts, or any software designed to interact with the Platform without human input.
• Exploiting software bugs, mathematical errors, or pricing anomalies to generate guaranteed or near-guaranteed profit ("arbitrage" or "scalping").
• Collusion with other players — including coordinating bet placement in live poker, live casino, or any other multi-player game format to the detriment of other Members or the Platform.
• Systematically abusing bonus structures by registering multiple accounts, exploiting welcome offer terms, or churning deposits solely to harvest promotional credits without genuine gameplay intent ("bonus abuse" or "bonus hunting").
• Using the Platform to facilitate money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other unlawful financial activity.
• Providing false identity documents during the KYC process or impersonating another individual.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute a deposit transaction after wagering activity has taken place on the deposited funds.

rvip7 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. We reserve the right to request identity documentation from any Member at any time, and we are required to complete verification before processing withdrawals above defined thresholds. The following documents may be requested:

• Proof of Identity: A government-issued photo ID such as a national identity card (KTP), passport, or driver's license, clearly showing your full name, date of birth, and photograph.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official letter issued within the past three months, showing your full name and residential address.
• Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or photograph of the bank account or e-wallet used for deposits, confirming that the account is registered in your name.
• Source of Funds: For large transactions, rvip7 may request documentation demonstrating the legitimate source of funds being deposited onto the Platform.

Failure to provide requested KYC documents within 14 days of the request will result in Account suspension and restriction of withdrawal privileges until verification is completed. rvip7 processes all submitted documents securely and in strict accordance with its Privacy Policy.

All content on the rvip7 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of rvip7 or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to this Agreement.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any Platform content without prior written permission from rvip7.
• You may not scrape, frame, deep-link, or otherwise extract data from the Platform using automated means.
• The rvip7 name and logo are registered trademarks. Use of these marks in any manner — including in domain names, social media accounts, or promotional materials — without express written authorization is prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rvip7 excludes all liability for losses or damages of any kind arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform. Specifically:

• rvip7 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or computer damage, regardless of whether rvip7 was advised of the possibility of such damages.
• rvip7 is not liable for any loss arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, internet outages, banking system failures, government actions, or force majeure events.
• rvip7's total aggregate liability to any Member for any claims arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• Nothing in this Agreement limits rvip7's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or death or personal injury caused by rvip7's negligence where such limitation is not permitted by applicable law.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. rvip7 makes no warranty — express, implied, or statutory — that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

rvip7 is firmly committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide all Members with access to the following tools free of charge, available at any time through the Account settings or by contacting our support team:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your Account to manage your spending.
• Session Time Limits: Configure automatic session time-out alerts to manage your gaming duration.
• Loss Limits: Establish maximum loss thresholds over defined time periods to help control your exposure.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a temporary break from the Platform for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks) without permanently closing your Account.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude your Account from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and are irreversible for the minimum exclusion period selected.

rvip7 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, rvip7 will notify Members via the email address on record at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, except where immediate changes are required by law, regulation, or urgent security considerations.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure by contacting our support team. Funds in your Balance at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to any outstanding verification requirements.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which rvip7 holds its gaming license. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement — including its existence, validity, breach, or termination — shall be referred to and finally resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the applicable arbitration authority in that jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause prevents rvip7 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property rights, prevent fraud, or address a breach of the security provisions of this Agreement.

Members accessing the Platform from Indonesia acknowledge that online gambling is subject to legal restrictions under Indonesian law and that they access the Platform at their own initiative and risk. rvip7 does not represent that the Platform is lawful to access in any particular jurisdiction, and it is each Member's responsibility to satisfy themselves of this before using the Platform.
